Conference Venue

Roosevelt University

The 20/20 Chicago Global Real Estate Conference and EXPO will take place in the Auditorium Building of Roosevelt University, designated a Chicago Landmark and on the National Register of Historic Places. The building, once the tallest in Chicago, was designed by renowned architects Dankmar Adler and Louis Sullivan, and opened in 1889 to serve as a hotel, office, and entertainment complex.

At various times, the Auditorium Theater has been the home of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the Civic Opera. It currently serves as the home stage of the Joffrey Ballet.

In 2012, Roosevelt University added another architectural marvel to this site: the Vertical Campus, connected to the Auditorium building, is a FIABCI Gran Prix of Real Estate (U.S.) winner and the second-tallest academic building in the United States, the sixth tallest such structure in the world. Both the Vertical Campus and the Auditorium Building enjoy unobstructed views of Chicago’s Grant Park and its Buckingham Fountain, the gateway to Monroe Harbor and the Lake Michigan shoreline.

The conference site is conveniently located on Michigan Avenue at Ida B. Wells Drive in the heart of downtown Chicago, within walking distance of the Museum Campus, the Art Institute, Theater District, Cultural Center, and Millennium Park. Multiple high-quality lodging options are within a short distance from the University. For more information about visiting Chicago and the conference vicinity, visit https://www.choosechicago.com.
