A real estate investor, developer, entrepreneur and civic leader, John W. Rutledge is the Founder, President and CEO of Oxford Capital Group, LLC, an international real estate investment and development firm; its wholly owned management subsidiary, Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC; Oxford Living, LLC, its senior housing investment and management platform; and Oxford Residential, LLC, its multifamily development affiliate. Oxford specializes in large-scale lifestyle oriented hospitality, mixed use, senior housing, multi-family, urban retail, parking and other operationally intensive forms of real estate. Oxford, its affiliates and principals have been involved in approximately $3 billion of transactions, including approximately 13,000 hotel rooms, 3,000 senior housing units and 1,000 residential units.
